Billing Terms

These Billing Terms explain how subscription payments work for StayHere.ai, operated by VAULTROW LLC.

1. Subscription Plans

StayHere.ai offers subscription-based access to premium travel planning features. Current plans include:

• Monthly Plan: Billed every month from your subscription start date.
• Annual Plan: Billed once per year at a discounted rate.

2. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
• We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
• All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
• We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. Recurring Billing

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period.
• Your payment method will be charged on the renewal date unless you cancel before then.
• Renewal charges will match your current plan rate (prices may change with notice).
• You will receive an email confirmation for each successful payment.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the following terms apply:

• A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• You will not be charged during the trial period.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
• Free trials are limited to one per user.

5. Taxes

Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout before payment.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will:

• Notify you by email of the failed payment.
• Attempt to process the payment again within a few days.
• Suspend premium features if payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts.

To update your payment method, log in to your account settings or contact support.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If prices change:

• Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before the new price takes effect.
• Price changes will apply to your next renewal after the notice period.
• You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
