Our service aggregates information from various third-party sources to provide recommendations.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

StayHere.ai offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • Our recommendations are based on your preferences, not commission rates.

Users may also participate in our referral program to earn commissions. Fraudulent activity, including fake signups, self-referrals, or commission manipulation, will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Disclaimers

  • Travel Information: Itineraries are AI-generated suggestions. Prices, availability, hours, and other details may change. Always verify information before booking.
  • Third-Party Services: We aggregate data from third-party APIs (Google, Viator, Amadeus, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific prices, availability, or outcomes from using our recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAULTROW LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
