This policy explains how to cancel your StayHere.ai subscription and our refund eligibility criteria.

1. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of these methods:

  • Account Settings: Log in to your account, go to Settings, and click "Cancel Subscription."
  • Email Support: Send a cancellation request to contact@stayhere.ai from your registered email address.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will revert to free tier access after the subscription ends.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not generated more than 3 trips, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the service, contact support for resolution or potential refund.
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges or billing errors will be refunded promptly upon verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 7 days from the billing date.
  • Subscriptions where the service has been substantially used (more than 3 trips generated).
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are generally not provided.
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team:

  • Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Your Email Address]"
  • Include: Your registered email, reason for refund, and transaction date.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
